Job vacancy:
Main Duties:
- Develop sales strategy and execute ambitious plans which identify sales opportunities as well as new products and services for identified markets;
- Develop, expand and maintain multiple, solid relationships with intermediaries (e.g. Law Firms, CPAs, Bankers, Family Offices etc.);
- Leverage and build relationships, thus developing new opportunities and leads;
- Seek and recognize sales opportunities and position compliant products and services in alignment with tax advisors’ solutions;
- Collaborate with local and international colleagues with respect to all sales activities in order to achieve the sales targets;
- Engaging in preparation of marketing materials including quotes, memos, legal and marketing materials, website and brochure;
- Devise a predetermined fee quote and price list with detailed description of service to be delivered in Mauritius and other jurisdictions;
- Responsible for achieving a financial target of the figure allocated;
- Analyse the needs of prospective clients and prepare quotes within 24 hours (undertake such other task as may be relevant to come up with an adequate quote including getting prices of competitors, researching on matters that are not within expertise);
- Prepare quotes and memos to be sent to prospects, introducers or clients;
- Responsible to ensure smooth onboarding of clients by requesting KYC documents and liaising with the relevant teams;
- Prepare and execute business trips including scheduling meetings, booking arrangements, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and business trip reports;
- Organise networking events and seminars/conferences;
- Involve in market research including competition positioning;
- Compile meeting list for potential clients/leads/introducers;
- Arrange and attend client meetings;
- Prepare marketing materials including brochure and presentation on compliance services;
- Draft strategy papers and presentations to be made to the board or other key stakeholders;
- Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by the reporting line.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law/Management/Business or any other related qualifications;
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Well versed with compliance and regulatory framework.
- Past experience in compliance and risk sphere and.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
