Manager Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures;
  • Oversee all business operations relating to client’s portfolio, financial and administrative aspects of the company;
  • Design and monitor control systems;
  • Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements;
  • Perform AML / CFT audits;
  • Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues;
  • Assess the business’s future ventures and identify new business opportunities;
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control;
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate;
  • Develop risk management strategies;
  • Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with HR department;
  • Improve current strategies if necessary;
  • Supervise, review and oversee the work of colleagues;
  • You may be requested to work offsite (included client premises);
  • Other cognate duties as requested by reporting line.

 

Desired Profile & Experience:

    • Degree in Law/ Finance/ management or other related qualifications;
    • 8-10 years of experience in the compliance team or in the financial services industry;
    • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations;
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
    • An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
