Team Leader/Assistant Manager

  • - Act as a key person in the performance of the AMLCFT audit and design relevant tests to be conducted in the performance of same;
  • - Perform and review customer due diligence checks;
  • - Conduct necessary compliance reviews across the business and on client files;
  • - Produce/write reports summarizing relevant findings following compliance reviews/similar exercises
  • - Contribute in the review and updating of the AML/CFT and Compliance manuals;
  • - Be up to date with and ensure compliance with the various regulations and regulatory agencies;
  • - Assist in providing AML/CFT and Compliance trainings;
  • - Prepare briefs for operational teams about updates and compliance matters;
  • - Assist in business risk and clients’ risk assessments;
  • - Handle any other cognate duties which may be assigned.

Degree holder (Law or Finance related) or any professional qualification (i.e. ICSA, ICA, STEP).
At least five years of work experience in a relevant role.
A good technical knowledge of the overall financial sector will be an advantage.
Computer knowledge and ability to write report are essential.

Strong communication skills in both English and French.
Ability to defend one’s professional opinions firmly and professionally
